We are looking for a highly motivated, professional, and experienced individual to join our team as a Sales Representative/Brand Ambassador. Initially, this role will be Barbari’s sales representative and Brand Ambassador. This is a dual role which both brings in new accounts and able to manage existing account health. You will be the face of our company by preparing and delivering promotional presentations at various locations. Ultimately, you should be able to increase our company’s brand awareness, educate the consumer and generate sales opportunities. As we grow, we’re looking to evolve this role to solely be responsible for sales, and create more nuanced brand ambassador and sales role. We are looking for an individual who will be doing a variety of sales, marketing, and business operational tasks. These individuals must be able to multitask, work quickly and efficiently, and be adaptable to changing priorities and tasks as needed. Must be motivated, trustworthy and a team player. We are looking for an individual who sees the growth potential in this role, but understands the startup mentality, and is comfortable taking on a diverse set of roles and responsibilities. We expect every team member to feel the same sense of ownership, innovation, and hustle as we work to grow the company together. We need exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people who are willing to step out of their comfort zone, get creative and collaborate.

 

General List Of Responsibilities

  • Desire and ability to build and maintain sales team
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and business partners
  • Communicate ideas that influence decision makers in a positive manner
  • Maintains a current knowledge of all aspects of the industry, the competition, and the ability to communicate and drive a successful sales model.
  • Self starter, able to arrange and maintain a weekly schedule to keep territory sales on track and hit sales quotas and team goals.
  • Understands the customer buying process and how it relates to the sales process and the ability to move to close through constant follow up.
  • Develop pipeline, convert prospects into customers, develop targets, make appointments and open doors.
  • Develop strategies for increasing opportunities and sales in territory
  • Calling, scheduling and confirming demos/budtender trainings in assigned territory
  • Schedule and run dispensary brand activations
  • Work closely with accounts to obtain feedback about account health and customers
  • Providing accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing)
  • Answering customers questions about specific products and services
  • Reporting and documenting demo’s pre and post.
  • Some weekends or late nights may be required for this role

General Requirements

  • Sales experience required. Cannabis sales experience with existing cannabis contacts is preferred.
  • Highly motivated, extremely positive attitude, self starter with a solid work ethic, very organized and an effective closer.
  • A team player, works with wholesale customers, and other employees.
  • Tenacious, a problem solver and an unyielding desire to succeed
  • Passionate about sales, customer satisfaction, and the cannabis industry
  • Excellent communicator, great customer service skills and able to influence others.
  • Strong problem solving skills able to think fast and create sales opportunities
  • Prefer minimum 1 years successful selling experience in B2B environment.
  • Valid driver's license and registered vehicle in good working condition
  • Valid OLCC Marijuana Handler's Permit

Salary and Compensation Package will vary depending on experience of applicant. Typical compensations will be monthly stipend + commission or bonus.
