You will be responsible for the final step of production before our edibles go out to the consumers! This includes but is not limited to: labeling, loading and cleaning packaging materials, performing final checks for defective products, ensuring all working items make it to the loading area or inventory, as well as keeping detailed records of materials and shipments. As a fast growing company, there is room for promotion in this long term position. Responsibilities: • Work on production lines to fill, label, seal and package • Stack and pile finished goods into containers • Prepare goods for shipment • Keep a clean and organized work station • Promote a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established policies and procedures • Maintain product knowledge • Other duties as assigned by the Management Team Competencies: • Strong attention to detail and a team-player mentality • Desire to learn about our products and cannabis therapies • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion • Fun attitude and strong work ethic • Understanding of applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry, personnel law, safety regulations, local municipal codes and organizational rules, regulations, directives and standard operating procedures. Some weekends or late nights may be required for this role General Requirements Sales experience required. Cannabis sales experience with existing cannabis contacts is preferred. Job Purpose Summary: Our account managers are the face of Shadowbox for our customers. They not only make the sale, but also build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships by partnering with our clients and understanding their needs. The Account Manager oversees a territory in the Portland Metro and surrounding areas.
