Fire Dept. Cannabis has been called "The fastest growing cannabis brand in Oregon"
We launched in Mid June and are currently in ~240 stores across the state, with the goal of reaching 300 accounts by the end of Q1.

Fire Dept. Cannabis offers a large line of products including; cookies, rice crispies, mints, kief, extracts, and a full line of pre-rolls including; individuals, multi-packs, infused pre-rolls and hemp wrapped blunts.

Job Description;
We are looking for a sales representative that will be in charge of East Portland and The Gorge. Currently we have 70 active accounts in these regions, so this rep will be talking into turn-key sales with the goal of growing those regions to 120+ accounts. During this growth phase Sales Reps will be in charge of dropping off sample boxes to prospective retailers and diligently following up with them until they give a “yes” or a “no”. Once accounts are landed, Reps will be in charge of weekly check in’s and delivering all orders.

***We will provide a company car for all for all deliveries – Must have clean driving record***

Large parts of the position will consist of:
-Keeping all accounts fully stocked and educated on all of our products.
-Following up with sample drops to try and land a new account. (a lot of phone calls and emails).
-Keeping detailed notes of anytime there is contact with an account.
-Efficiently making your own sample drop off and delivery schedule.

Job Requirements:
-INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
-Must have great communication skills, especially on the phone.
-Must be a friendly people person with an always happy attitude.
-Must be extremely well organized.
-Knowledge of cannabis products and general cannabis industry knowledge.
-METRC knowledge is preferred, but not required. (we will have an admin doing most of the METRC transfer work)
-Must be a self-starter, able to stay productive without supervision.
-Have a Recreational Marijuana Worker Permit.
-Must be over 21 years old and have a clean driving record.

Competitive commission-based compensation, averaging $4k-$5k in commission per month
