Samantha Montanaro is a thought leader in the global cannabis industry specifically guiding and bringing the community together in this emerging space. Samantha is the co-founder and CEO of Tokeativity, a women’s empowerment and event network featuring a robust tech platform that brings communities around the world together on feminism, normalization and the plant medicine and self healing revolution. Samantha also opened one of the first cannabis consumption spaces, Prism House, after legalization in Oregon and has been a pioneer in advocating for the creation of social consumption regulations.
Her passion for plant medicine, music, art, urban farming, the psychedelic renaissance and progressive community culture are woven into everything she does as a business owner, mother, musician and pillar in her local community. She served as the Board President of Historic Parkrose and on the Executive Board at Venture Portland, both nonprofits working to support local business districts in Portland, OR. Lisa Snyder is the Co-Founder of Tokeativity, The Global Feminist Community for Active Cannabis Culture & The Founder of Elle*Eye Digital. She is a feminist, a business advisor, a digital artist and plant medicine advocate with over 25 years of digital strategy experience. She passionately supports the self-healing revolution through consumption, plant medicine advocacy and digital liberation.
She has been recognized for her work in Forbes, Rolling Stone, Condé Nast Traveler, & Yahoo! Finance among others.
Over her career, Lisa has produced over 500 interactive community events for feminists across the globe and has designed everything from websites, apps, ecommerce sites, to membership portals and NFTs. She is the co-creator and an executive producer on Bridges, a web series about race, equity and inclusion, Haus of Jane, events produced in partnership with Women Employed in Cannabis and co-author of The Mommy Jane’s Guide to Changing the World through Social Media.
After losing both parents to cancer in her 20’s, Lisa turned her attention to women’s liberation through cannabis normalization with a feminist twist and launched Tokeativity in January 2017. She is a board member of Sweet Jane Magazine and The Oregon Cannabis Association. She is passionate about educating small business owners, cannapreneurs and women on all things digital, crypto, NFT and the web 3.0 movement. When she’s not on the computer, she’s spending time with her wife Cat and her dog, Ziggy in Portland, Oregon.
Lesley DeJan Martinez, MS Mrkt, is a seasoned creative entrepreneur whose professional career spans 21 years and has woven together a dynamic set of skills including media production, nonprofit development and leadership, program development and implementation, community building, DEI training facilitation, design and implement digital marketing strategies as well as design and develop business processes supported by technology platforms. 10 years of experience in Event Project management and Brand Product launches.
Recently awarded Marketing 2.0’s 2022 Outstanding Leadership Award, MARSum’s (Marketing Advertising and Retail Summit) 2020 – 2021 Global Top 100 Influencers in Marketing and Advertising. Previous awards included 2016 Invest Chicago Award and 2018 Accenture Social Impact Fellowship.
Education background includes, a BS degree in Applied Behavior Science, National Louis University, a MS degree in Marketing with additional graduate certificates in Brand Management and Digital Marketing Strategy from Walden University, completing a PhD in Community Psychology with focus on Economic Development (ABD) from National Louis University.
Casey Wiser is a mom of twin boys (aka twinjas), handywoman, jane-of-all-trades, entrepreneur, hostess with the mostest and CAO of Tokeativity.
After 19 years in customer service and hospitality, Casey founded Wandering Spirits in 2005 with a 1971 Shasta Trailer – turned traveling bar. She ignited crowds with her beautiful trailer and her magnetic personality to countless events in Oregon and beyond.
Casey’s journey with cannabis became a path when she treated symptoms of PCOS and chronic back pain with cannabis and found more relief than ever before. When cannabis was legalized in Oregon in 2015, it opened up doors for Casey to bring her skill sets and strengths into this emerging industry. In 2016, Casey expanded her services with Wandering Spirits into the cannabis industry by joining forces with Samantha Montanaro of Prism House, a cannabis events company. In 2017, Casey supported the launch of Tokeativity, the global cannabis community for women, by mixing up drinks and helping the team for their first event. Her involvement was so impactful, that she immediately became a core part of Tokeativity and its operations. In 2018, Casey officially was on boarded as the Chief Administrative Officer of Tokeativity and has helped the company launch 6 chapters outside of Portland and the US.
Casey is an integral part of the reason Tokeativity has been featured in so many media outlets, including Forbes, Rolling Stone, MJ Lifestyle, Travel Portland, Dope Magazine, Civilized, Magnetic Magazine, Willamette Week, The Potlander, Oregon Leaf, and The Weed Blog, among others.
In Casey’s free time, she enjoying home renovation, DIY projects, camping, volunteering for causes she cares about and exploring the PNW with her amazing gregarious family.
Nickia Delaware is the Chief Creative Officer of Tokeativity as well as an artist, model, musician and high vibes creatress who is known for her funky fashion and chill demeanor. Her expertise lies in social media, graphic design, digital event production and marketing strategy. Prior to her role in Tokeativity, Nickia wore many hats for over 5 years at Portland’s second oldest dispensary and was highlighted by Dope Magazine for Dispensary of the Month in May 2019. Her expertise is multifaceted, thanks to her many roles in this rapidly growing industry thus far. As a canna creative, she has immersed herself in the culture of the cannabis legalization movement and you can see her face in campaigns across social media by digital content firms like Ladies of Paradise and more. Her passion for music, art, dancing, laughing, and deep conversations about real shit has propelled Tokeativity to the next level and the movement has just begun!
Wendy Mintey is the founder of Fresh Solutions Consulting, the Chief Community Liaison of Tokeativity, co-founding Chapter Leader of Tokeativity Eugene (Tokeativity’s first chapter outside of PDX) and a founding board member of Women Leaders in Cannabis. She is a rolodex of cannabis industry knowledge, with her extensive experience ranging from compliance & METRC support for cannabis businesses, operations, client relations and sales, to event planning. Located in the heart of the cannabis industry in sunny Southern Oregon, Wendy can be found bouncing from farm to office to event on any given day, shining her light and passion for cannabis, feminine empowerment and community on anything she does and anyone she meets.
