Rep. Abe Hamadeh (R-AZ) and bipartisan cosponsors filed a bill to require the Department of Defense to evaluate how ongoing research on the therapeutic benefits of psilocybin could help members of the military.

New Hampshire Democratic gubernatorial candidate Cinde Warmington is criticizing Gov. Kelly Ayotte’s (R) veto of a bill to allow medical cannabis companies to cultivate in greenhouses—saying it would have “made medical cannabis more affordable and more accessible to Granite Staters who really need it.”
