Customer Service Rep Wanted
 
We are looking for someone with cannabis and hemp knowledge who also possess excellent customer service skills. Excellent customer service skills means you enjoy helping and interacting with people and solving problems. You will be talking to people throughout the day through the company email, business phone and website chat to answer questions about products, give recommendations, help customers make purchase decisions, coordinate returns and provide tracking or other order details. 
 
The ideal candidate will:
 
  • Be reliable and able to show up everyday on time 
  • Be available from 8am-4pm Monday through Friday
  • Be able to multitask and prioritize urgency of different customers needs
  • Be a thorough note taker to track conversations and actions taken with different calls
  • Have strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent grammar and ability to write professionally
