Are you knowledgeable about the Oregon Cannabis Industry? Then we would love to hear from you! The Tour Guide position will be responsible for providing High 5 guests with information about Portland and cannabis in an entertaining and educational manner! Essential Duties & Responsibilities Facilitate tours while providing a personal narrative about Portland and cannabis Ability to make all guests feel welcome and a part of the tour Ensure each guest has a memorable experience by providing outstanding customer service Answer any questions that guests may have Make decisions and manage continually-changing situations wisely and professionally Explain all safety protocols onboard Maintain cleanliness of the bus between stops Ability to quickly and professionally diffuse difficult situations with guests Attend cannabis events as High 5 representative Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications 21 years or older Excellent communication skills Strong public speaking skills and outgoing personality required Extremely punctual, reliable and responsible Able to work unsupervised Strong ability to work with diverse constituencies Ability to communicate effectively in the English language Flexible work schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
