Duckett co-founded Community Gardens\, a cannabis deliv ery and distribution company based in Oakland\, California. Community Gard ens was the first equity team to receive a license from the State of Calif ornia for adult use sales of cannabis\, based on their participation in th e revolutionary city of Oakland Cannabis Equity program. Duckett believes in the medicinal benefits of the cannabis plant and works within the commu nity to educate on and normalize cannabis. In the fall of 2019 Community G ardens was accepted into Momentum\, a cannabis business accelerator powere d by Eaze\, UltraNative\, and Bail Capital. During this program Duckett de veloped and launched the cannabis delivery reservation software\, MAE.
