	n of the Foster Powell District for decades. After years of quiet rooms\, 
	we are thrilled to announce that the building is being re-opened as a 100%
	 woman-run community\, event\, office and performance center! Home of Form
	ation Studios\, Prism House and Tokeativity\, the New Day building will be
	 excitedly re-opening on Oct 5th to the Portland community.\n				\n\n				\
