    Pills vs. Plants is a growing conversation when considering cannabis as an alternative to opiates. Illuzionz & Nurse Bitchie discuss  how to set realistic expectations from cannabis based treatment plans; compared to traditional  pharmaceutical intervention. Learn the basics about how much medical cannabis costs, what kind works best for your specific ailment, how it might make you feel, and how long the effects will last. Don’t miss  Hightimes Columnist Lyneisha Watson,  dropping in our classroom just to say “High Folks”.

    Illuzionz O’Grandeur is a Muscular Dystrophy patient who advocates for MMJ. iLLz is also the President of Deleware NORML Women's Alliance where she leads the charge for better MMJ practices in the state. A natural creative, Illuzionz has successfully launched 2 podcasts: Medical Militia Radio and Twice Baked. She is also working with Oregon legislature to pass a law for domestic trade in the US, which would create a prominent MMJ market for Delaware patients.

    Most importantly, she is a mother, fiancé, sister, and daughter from Wilmington, DE focused on changing the way patients who need education gain access.
    Tracy Wright, BSN RN, CEN, CPEN, TNCC, MCNE Tracy has over 25 years in the health care field and 16 years as an emergency nurse. She currently works at Westchester Medical Center Level 1 Trauma Center and White Plains Hospital Emergency Department. Tracy  received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2003 and an Associate of Arts in Human services in 1998. She is a Board Certified Emergency Nurse, Board Certified Pediatric Emergency Nurse, and hold certificates in Trauma Nursing and as a Medical Cannabis Nurse Educator. Tracy is a member of the Emergency Nurse Association, The American Cannabis Nurse Association, and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.  Tracy continues to study traditional healing methods as well as current scientific literature for treatments and remedies that can improve healing of all types of disease. 
    Lyneisha Watson is the High Folks columnist for High Times Magazine. She also writes about social equity and WOC in canna-beauty for Miss Grass. Her writing has appeared in the Columbia Journalism Review, Blavity, and Black Girl in Om. Living in Sanford, Florida, Lyneisha is just a southern girl trying to understand why people love cannabis so much
